Daniel W. Warhola appointed to the 18th Judicial District Court
Colorado Governor Jared Polis has appointed Daniel W. Warhola to the 18th Judicial District Court. This appointment fills a vacancy created by the retirement of the Honorable Gary Kramer and is effective August 3, 2024.
Warhola is an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Colorado, a position he has held since 2022. His practice consists of criminal matters.
Previously, he was a Senior Deputy District Attorney (2021-2022) and Deputy District Attorney (2014-2021) in the 18th Judicial District Attorney’s Office; and Deputy District Attorney in the 17th Judicial District Attorney’s Office (2013-2014).
Warhola earned his B.S.B.A. from the University of Richmond in 2009 and his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2013.
Colorado’s 18th Judicial District includes Arapahoe, Douglas, Elbert, and Lincoln counties.
