• The highlight of the whole drawing was the timely arrival of Ole Saint Nick. Due to the lack of snow, he asked the Eads Volunteer Fire Department for transportation help.

• Work on reconstruction of Bent’s Old Fort is expected to begin sometime in June 1975.
  • The new ambulance arrives in Eads. A new 1974 Dodge Medicruiser
  • The RE-2 Plainview School Board approved teacher’s salary increase.

• Numerous businessmen in Eads have been advocating a Chamber of Commerce for the town. It appears it will soon be realized.
