BluEarth Renewables US is proposing the development of renewable energy projects located on privately owned land in Kiowa and Cheyenne counties in Colorado.

The daughter of David and Beulah Harrison, and sister to Dave and Nina, Betty spent her early years in Quanah, Texas, where she developed lifelong friendships.

Rob Kelley was born in Eads May 25, 1949, to Irene and Eugene Kelley. He joined his siblings, Betty (Crow), Bobbie (Calhoun), and Gary, who would prove to be a constant presence in his life. Rob loved them and their families deeply.
