Jovie Marie Butler was an awesome, loving, caring wife, daughter, mother, sister and friend. May 14, 2020, Jovie left this life with a destination of heaven.

Born the first child, to Vern and Anita Kuhn December 30, 1976, who were living in Westcliffe at the time. Jovie attended school in Eads, North La Junta, La Junta, Rocky Ford, Pioneer Christian and graduated from Cheraw High School.

Polis explains new restaurant dine-in guidelines

(The Center Square) – Restaurants in Colorado can begin offering limited sit-in dining starting Thursday under new guidelines approved by Gov. Jared Polis.

Polis discussed the new guidelines, which were first released on Monday, during a Tuesday news briefing. Last week, the governor’s administration released draft guidelines that were open to feedback from businesses.
