The regular meeting of the Kiowa County Commissioners was called to order by Chairman Richard Scott at 9:00 a.m. on September 24, 2020. Commissioner Oswald opened with a prayer and Pledge of Allegiance.

Oswald moved and Scott seconded the motion to approve the minutes as presented. Motion carried.

The Regular Meeting of the Town of Eads Board of Trustees was called to order by Mayor Shields, Tuesday August 31, 2020 at 4:57 p.m. in the Town Hall. Town Clerk, Robin Fox, took roll call:

Former Eads, Colorado, resident William (Bill) Arthur Mohler passed away October 12, 2020, in Salem, Oregon.

The Cameron Peak Fire in Larimer County has become the largest in Colorado history, surpassing a record set earlier this year by the Pine Gulch Fire in Garfield County.

Less than the week after ballots were mailed in Colorado, more than 300,000 people have already cast their ballots.

The United States Senate Judiciary Committee is expected to vote next week to subpoena the CEO of Twitter after the social media platform blocked articles about possible corruption.
