The Lord spoke those words in Mark 10 and it is evident that many parents have not taken responsibility to insure that their precious children have spiritual education. It begins in the family.

The guys were outside at the sale barn, sipping coffee in Styrofoam cups and waiting for someone to say something. Inside, the pitch of the auctioneer was heralding the glories of an old spavined milk cow, and fevered cattlemen were waving cards with numbers on them.
It was quieter outside.
Finally, it was Herb who spoke. “You guys ever burn the toast and then scrape it?”
Toast, huh? Why not?
“Used to do that a lot before the toasters got modern on us,” said Doc. “Hardly ever burn any more.”

Regional Science Fair features 123 student projects
Lamar Community College’s Wellness Center was packed with area students and their projects for the annual Southeast Colorado Science Fair in February. The science fair featured 123 projects from the elementary through high school levels and included students from Alta Vista, Campo, Cheyenne Wells, Eads, Holly, Lamar, Springfield, Walsh, and Wiley.
Documentary Shows Colorado’s Audit Protects Election Security
Colorado’s risk-limiting audit pioneered a critical process to show the security of elections. The Colorado Secretary of State's office documented the monumental effort by state and county election officials last fall when it completed the nation's first "risk-limiting audit" to ensure that the counties' ballot tabulation systems accurately counted the votes cast by Colorado's electors.
