The Kiowa County Hospital District and County Board met in regular session on October 24, 2017 at 6:35 p.m. at the Bransgrove Building Meeting Room.

District Board members present were: Mary Eikner, Sylvia Shields, Cathryn Anderson, Priscilla Waggoner. Absent - Robert Woods(called).

County Board members present were: Craig Kerfoot, Dennis Pearson, Lori Shalberg, Kim Harris and John Negley.

Others present: Jan Richards, Shannon Dixon, Char Korrell, Cindy McLoud, Wendy McDowell. Colette Martin, and Beth Spady.

The Kiowa County Commissioner’s Regular Meeting was called to order on the 14^th day of November, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. by Chairman Richard Scott.  Oswald opened the meeting with prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance. Those in attendance were:

Oswald moved and Scott seconded the motion to approve the minutes as presented. Motion carried.

• "An Unplugged Christmas" will be Sunday Dec.

Beginning December 9, Colorado Parks and Wildlife biologists will assess deer and elk populations by taking low-altitude helicopter flights in southeast Colorado, west of Interstate 25.

Then, beginning December 15, biologists will launch similar helicopter flights in the southeastern plains of Colorado to the east of I-25.
