NOTICE OF BUDGET
Notice is hereby given that: A proposed budget has been submitted to the Kiowa County Public Library District Board of Trustees for the ensuing year of 2021; a copy of such proposed budget has been filed in the office of the Kiowa County Public Library, where same is open for public inspection; such proposed budget will be considered at the regular meeting of the Kiowa County Public Library District Board of Trustees to be held in the Kiowa County Public Library on Monday, December 14, 2020 at 5:15 P.M.

NOTICE OF SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET AND APPROPRIATION
Notice is hereby given that a proposed Supplemental Budget and Appropriation has been submitted to the Kiowa County Public Library District Board of Trustees for the current 2020 year for the purpose of expending unappropriated revenue. The unappropriated revenue in the amount of $20,000.00 will be used for various Operating Expenses.

- December 10: Pancake on a stick
Lunch
- December 7: Chicken stir fry, rice, roll, fruit, milk
- December 8: Barbecue pork sandwich, chips, mandarin oranges, milk
- December 9: Spaghetti, green beans, fruit, milk
- December 10: Chicken noodles, mashed potatoes, corn, roll, fruit, milk
Flags lowered to half-staff Monday in recognition of National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day
The Colorado and United States flags will be lowered to half-staff Monday to regonize National Pearl Harbor Rememberance Day.
