East End Events

Hope everyone had a good Easter and didn't eat too many eggs or too much chocolate. I had my first bite of chocolate candy in six weeks and it was heavenly. Mmmm!

Dick, Kyle and I went to Granada to celebrate Easter with my sister, Jerene DeBono, and husband, Ian, and their son, Chad; my mom, Mary Huddleston; my two brothers, Mike and Larry; my niece, Gina Dechant and family; and Nancy Sutphin. We had a cook-out and everything was delicious.

Mike, Larry and Jerene and I will be traveling to Emporia, Kansas Monday to attend a cousin’s funeral Tuesday morning.

A big THANK YOU to Riki Cordova and her Easter Egg Hunt helpers, and of course, the Easter Bunny!

Lots of hard work and planning was done by all. But----What Fun! For the children and adults too.

Stephanie Bolander----“keep an eye out.” There’s some future EHS tracksters in all those children!
