A crew from the Colorado National Guard assisted with flood response Thursday, when four soldiers evacuated residents trapped by high water and debris following flooding in the Beulah area.
No injuries were reported in the flood.

Results could aid weather forecasters and emergency managers
Researchers have developed the first numerical polarimetric radar simulator to study and characterize the scattering of debris particles in tornadoes.
Approximately 250 Airmen and six F-16 Fighting Falcons with the Colorado Air National Guard 140th Wing have deployed to Kadena Air Base, Japan, from Buckley Air Force Base in Aurora.

Twenty-six cases of hepatitis A have been reported in Colorado since January, which is more than Colorado typically sees in an entire year. Some adults are at higher risk for getting hepatitis A and should be vaccinated to protect against it.

In amongst the jokes and the cheesy 80’s soundtrack, a theme of redemption ran throughout 2014’s “Guardians of the Galaxy.” The team was comprised of various lowlifes who finally got a chance to do something decent and found out that they actually liked it because they’re all big softies at heart. Now comes the sequel that figures that since the five main characters found their redemption in the first movie, it’s someone else’s turn to be redeemed.
