RESOLUTION TO APPROPRIATE SUMS OF MONEY 

A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING SUMS OF MONEY TO THE VARIOUS FUNDS AND SPENDING AGENCIES, IN THE AMOUNTS AND FOR THE PURPOSE AS SET FORTH BELOW, FOR THE TOWN OF CHEYENNE WELLS, COLORADO, FOR THE 2025 BUDGET YEAR.

WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees has adopted the annual budget in accordance with the Local Government Budget Law, on December and; 

RESOLUTION #6-2024 

RESOLUTION TO ADOPT BUDGET 

A RESOLUTION SUMMARIZING EXPENDITURES AND REVENUES FOR EACH FUND AND ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE TOWN OF CHEYENNE WELLS, COLORADO, FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR BEGINNING ON THE FIRST DAY OF JANUARY, 2025, AND ENDING ON THE LAST DAY OF DECEMBER, 2025.

WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Cheyenne Wells has appointed Deborah G Knudsen, Town Clerk, to prepare and submit a proposed balanced budget to said governing body at the proper time, and;

RESOLUTION TO SET MILL LEVIES 

A RESOLUTION LEVYING GENERAL PROPERTY TAXES FOR THE YEAR 2024 TO HELP DEFRAY THE COSTS OF GOVERNMENT FOR THE TOWN OF CHEYENNE WELLS, COLORADO, FOR THE 2025 BUDGET YEAR. 

WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees for the Town of Cheyenne Wells has adopted the annual budget in accordance with the local Government Budget Law, on December 4, 2024 and; 

WHEREAS, the amount of money necessary to balance the budget for the general operating expenses from property tax revenue is $243,625 and;

7^th day of January, 2025, at the office of the City
