The regular meeting of the Kiowa County Commissioners was called to order on July 15, 2021; at 9:00 a.m. by Chairman, Donald Oswald. Robertson opened the meeting with Prayer and Pledge of Allegiance.

Minutes: Lening moved, and Robertson seconded the motion to approve the June 24, 2021; minutes as presented. Motion carried.

Nebraska’s budget surplus is particularly good news for the state’s farmers, Mark McHargue, Nebraska Farm Bureau president, said.

Colorado Governor Jared Polis urged the U.S. Senate to pass a $1.2 trillion federal infrastructure package in a statement Wednesday.

President Joe Biden on Thursday said his administration will require all federal employees and contractors to show proof of vaccination.
