Colorado Chosen to Receive Assistance for Early Childhood Mental Health
The Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) announced Colorado is one of 12 sites chosen by the Center of Excellence for Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation to receive expert support and a resource toolbox for infant and early childhood mental health consultation. The Center of Excellence is funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.

April 3-9, 2017 is National Window Safety Week and is designed to heighten the awareness of what can be done to help keep families safe from the risk of accidental falls or injuries in the home. Falls from a window are extremely dangerous, especially for children, and can cause serious injuries or even death. While National Window Safety Week is observed annually, safety education should occur throughout the year.

When the young woman walked into the Mule Barn truck stop alone, it caused a few heads to turn. Not only was she very pretty, but she was alone, and that seldom happens in the Barn. Young women usually either come in as part of a family, or they are escorted by a young man.

The guys nodded. Dud turned his head slightly so his grin was hidden.
