The Kiowa County Hospital District and County Board met in regular session on October 23, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. at the Bransgrove Building Meeting Room.

The Colorado Department of Transportation had 451 snow plows working to clear roads as of 8:30 a.m. Saturday.  Southeast Colorado roads were icy, with blowing snow reducing visibility. Traffic cameras throughout the area showed snow accumulation on highway surfaces, though few closures have been reported.
