Can you believe this weather? 80 degrees and no wind, it doesn't get much better than this. On March 13 at 2a.m. we go to Daylight Savings, then we can enjoy longer evenings of daylight.
Our communities would like to extend their condolences to the Delmas Beaman family and Shannon Votruba family on the loss of their loved ones the past few weeks.
Last Tuesday, Cora Coffman and I attended the funeral services for a dear friend, Doris Thompson of Lamar. She was a very fun and lovable lady and will be missed by many.

As of March 4, 2016, all Vesicular Stomatitis (VS) affected premises have been released from quarantine in Colorado. There are currently no VS-affected premises under quarantine in the United States. The VS outbreak in the US began in April, 2015 with a total of 823 cases in 8 states; of that, Colorado confirmed 441 premises in 36 counties.
