If the amount of such delinquent taxes, penalty, interest and advertising fee are not paid by September 30, 2016, the personal property upon which such taxes were levied shall be subject to distraint, seizure and sale.

My copy machine-fax-potato peeler-scanner would not print from my laptop. My car may as well have imploded.

Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper has ordered flags be lowered to half-staff to honor the memory of former President and Prime Minister of Israel, Shimon Peres, and as proclaimed by President Barack Obama. Flags should be flown at half-staff until sunset on Friday, September 30, 2016.
