Happy 2018 Everyone!

I hope you all had a great Christmas and the New Year is chalked full of new and exciting opportunities! 

My vacation was spent doing a lot of welding and finishing some projects.  I also spent time out and about on a few ranches visiting and helping them do some projects.  All of them had 1 thing in common, we need some moisture.

Kiowa County Commissioner’s Meeting December 14, 2017

The Kiowa County Commissioner’s Regular Meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. by Chairman Richard Scott on December 14, 2017. Oswald opened the meeting with prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance. Those in attendance were:

Richard Scott, Chairman; - Cindy McLoud, Commissioner; - Donald Oswald, Commissioner; - Delisa Weeks, County Clerk; - Tina Adamson, County Administrator
Oswald moved and McLoud seconded the motion to accept the minutes as presented. Motion carried.

A celebration of life will be held Sunday, January 7, at the United Methodist Church in Eads beginning at 3:00 p.m.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Eads United Methodist Church, PO Box 235, Eads, CO 81036; or the Lamar Area Hospice, PO Box 384, Lamar, CO 81052.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Brown Funeral Home.
