September 2020 agricultural price report for the USDA mountain states.

(The Center Square) – Colorado Governor Jared Polis' administration on Friday released its report on expanding Colorado's rural broadband infrastructure, which made recommendations to improve "digital equity" across the state.

The Regular meeting of the Kiowa County Commissioners was called to order by Chairman Richard Scott at 09:00 a.m. on October 15, 2020. Commissioner Robertson opened with a prayer and a Pledge of Allegiance. Those in Attendance:

Oswald moved and Robertson seconded the motion to approve the minutes as presented. Motion carried.

November 2, 2020, the Supreme Court of the United States will begin its November sitting. All arguments during its November and December sittings will be conducted via teleconference with live audio. The court made the decision to hold proceedings this way in accordance with public health guidance in response to COVID-19.

In the first week of November, the court will hear arguments in five cases. Each case will be allotted one hour for oral argument:

Notice is hereby given that final payment will be made on or after the 17^th day of November, 2020, on a contract dated August 21, 2019 between the Sheridan Lake Water District (Owner) and Yocam Construction, LLC (Contractor) for the Water System Improvements - Schedule 1:  General Water System Improvements project.

NOTICE OF FINAL PAYMENT

Notice is hereby given that final payment will be made on or after the 17^th day of November, 2020, on a contract dated August 21, 2019 between the Sheridan Lake Water District (Owner) and Hydro Resources - Rocky Mountain, Inc.(Contractor) for the Water System Improvements - Schedule 3:  New Replacement Well project.

The longer Colorado remains on current trajectory, the greater the change in transmission control needed.
